Job Description

We are currently seeking a high-energy, self-directed, self-motivated individual to join our team in the role of Asst. Manager. Most of our IT development is outsourced to vendors. Hence ability to liaise with external partners is essential to successfully handle this role. The person is also required to extensively interface with other business functions such as Buying & Merchandising, Operations, and Finance etc. in order to facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements. In addition, this individual will be responsible for interfacing with business users for understanding and resolution of issues in day to day operations. The successful candidate will be an extrovert with a strong understanding of business processes and ability to automate them. He or she will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to conceptualize and implement logical designs, demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, ability to manage complex multiple tasks simultaneously, and ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines.

4 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Retail Warehousing
Extensive Domain knowledge of Warehouse operations
Should have worked on one or more WMS (Red Prairie preferred)
Should have worked on at least one retail ERP solutions, JDA MMS preferred
Inventory management, Finance reporting for Supply Chain
Database concepts & working proficiency on SQL
Complete knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
Experience in managing multiple projects within a small cross-functional team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in business process mapping
Vendor Management and negotiation skills
Excellent people management and business
Understanding of various challenges in Retail / Technical environment

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
